Very nice and courteous staff with great customer service. Absolutely clean bathroom. Brand-new and large room. Exceptionally nice location in a good neighborhood. Close enough to the outlet mall, attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

Fairly clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is magnificent and comfy close to everything. The best thing is location - short walk to Chicago and Gurnee for a funeral. There's Starbucks relatively close to the property, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

The room had all the essentials needed. I liked having a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Tim O'Tooles Bar And Restaurant.
